I was going to wait until I had 50 posts up, then have a contest where those of you who read this would send in ideas as to what this blog is about. But that seemed a bit, well, lame on my part. I sincerely hope I at the least entertain you, and when I'm serious I hope you are driven to a little bit of serious contemplation. I'll leave you with this thought I had the other day: We're all individuals, we're all beautiful, but we're all in this life together.

- Well, I'm 34, race bikes, grew up in Rhinebeck and Kingston, NY, lived in the midwest for six years. I feel like I'm putting a personal ad in or something... Yeah, am working on becoming a professional photographer to cover bike races and to write about them. What else can I say? I got married to the love of my life on 11 July, 2006. Best thing to ever happen to me.

A little distance can always be overcome. I'm very pleased for both of you.
Distance is only a number. Think of it, is there really distance? I mean, how do we know there's anything over hte horizon? Maybe our minds create distance. Enough of this philosophy crap. Yeah, I'm happy.
Even though I don't know you face to face, I'm pleased as well. You sound like a really cool guy.
